Late payment may incur interest charges of 8% of the invoice amount.
Customers must settle debts through direct payment to the Company’s account.

Delivery of ordered products may have a variance of up to +/- 10% of the quantity ordered due to technical reasons.
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices if delivery or performance occurs more than four months after contract conclusion.
